Powersports Finance Producer (F&I) – McGrath Powersports

McGrath Powersports is seeking a driven and performance-oriented Powersports Finance Producer to join our high-volume dealership in Cedar Rapids. • Present financing and protection product options to customers

• Structure and submit loan applications to multiple lenders

• Maximize every deal through finance and insurance product offerings (warranties, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.)

• Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries

• Maintain compliance with all dealership, lender, and regulatory guidelines

• Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused finance experience

• Previous finance, automotive F&I, powersports F&I, or high-level sales experience preferred

• Competitive, self-motivated, and income-driven mindset

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Willingness to work Saturdays and peak seasonal hours

• Passion for powersports is a plus
