Pay: $26 $36/hr, based on experience
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite
Shifts: Day & Night | Seasonal Overtime Required
We are hiring Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance Technicians, and Ag Mechanics to support food manufacturing, processing, warehouse, and agricultural operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production, processing, packaging, and agricultural equipment
Work on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, tractors, harvesters, and related machinery
Perform preventive maintenance, welding/fabrication, equipment installation, and repairs
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and basic electrical issues
Follow safety, GMP, and LOTO procedures
Requirements:
1+ year of mechanical, industrial, agricultural, diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment experience preferred
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime/weekends during peak season
Food manufacturing/cannery experience is a plus but not required
