Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns and journeys, managing the day-to-day tactics that drive customer engagement and retention. You will own the performance of assigned programs, collaborate with cross functional teams, and contribute to continuous optimization of customer experiences Own execution and performance of lifecycle marketing programs: campaigns, journeys, and engagement initiatives Build and maintain customer journeys using marketing automation platforms; test and optimize based on performance data Execute real-time segmentation and targeted messaging across email, in-app, and other channels Monitor campaign metrics daily; identify performance gaps and recommend optimization tactics Coordinate with Creative, Content, and Brand teams on messaging, personalization, and asset development Support data and analytics team with audience definition, testing requirements, and performance analysis Execute A/B tests and optimization experiments; document learnings and share insights with the team Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams on engagement signals and retention opportunities Maintain accurate campaign documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication Contribute to quarterly business reviews and performance analysis Benefits Generous family leave Matched donations Annual learning stipends Flexible PTO Competitive retirement plan Paid volunteer time Experience building and optimizing customer journeys or email campaigns Excellent project management and organizational skills Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly Understanding of customer engagement best practices and testing methodologies 3-5 years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or related discipline Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data #J-18808-Ljbffr ServiceNow
