IAM Technical Lead

Role Overview:

This role is for an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large programs across various geographies and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large programs across geographies and multiple stakeholders.
• Drive incident and problem management, certification, and audit management processes.
• Lead and manage Business As Usual (BAU) offshore teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Maintain highly proactive engagement and strong customer management/communication.
• Be open to working in a 24x7 mode.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Identity and Access Management.
• Mandatory experience with any IGA product such as 1IM, Sailpoint, or Savyint.
• Experience with ServiceNow used for access provisioning, CMDB, and ITSM, including integration to IAM tools.
• Strong PL/SQL knowledge.
• Ability to understand .NET based integration.
• Familiarity with AWS and AI/GenAI based outlook.
• Strong knowledge of the IAM ecosystem and flexibility in utilizing past learning in custom customer environments.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in a relevant technical lead role.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Cyberark.
