Location: Des Moines area (Paid Drive Time)
Full or Part-time | Caring for Seniors and Veterans in their own residence
CNAs or Caregivers can apply for this job, we are looking for compassionate workers who are able to assist with dressing, bathing, toileting, and companionship care within the home to take care of seniors who want ot age in place

We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to work morning and/or afternoon shifts (paid drive time) , providing consistent, high-quality care in a home setting. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Talk with the interviewer about what credentials you have and hours you are available to work - looking to start within a week of applying!

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required for all roles)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, reliable, and willing to learn on the job and the specific needs of the individual served 

Responsibilities include:

• Personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Meal preparation, housekeeping, and home management tasks
• Transportation to appointments and community activities
• Medication reminders (online training on systems provided)
• Documentation of services provided
• Encouraging independence and supporting client goals
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout shifts
