Cook/Kitchen Staff/Cleaner/Dishwasher - Cafeteria Setting

Location: Huntington, WV
Pay: $13.00 per hour (Increase if hired on perm)
Schedule: 10:30a-7p Monday - Friday or 12:30p-9pm days off change

Our client in Huntington, WV is seeking an someone experienced in multiple different roles. Dishwasher, Cook, Kitchen Cleaner, to join a fastpaced cafeteria environment. In this role, you will prepare and cook meals for a variety of guests while working the grill and other kitchen stations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safetyfocused, and takes pride in preparing quality food.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications
• Deep Clean Kitchen Equipment
• Assist with Patient meal service
• Wash dishes/pots/pans
• Operate grill and other kitchen stations as assigned
• Ensure food is prepared safely, properly, and on time
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What You Need

• Previous cooking experience or dishwashing/kitchen cleaning required
• Ability to pass a preemployment background check and drug screen is a requirement.
• Food Safety Certification (can be obtained during training)
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Must follow required dress code:
  • Black pants- (employee provides)
  • Black chef coat (provided if cooking)
  • Slipresistant shoes (employee provides)
  • Black cap (provided if cooking)
