Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

Own your area and drive strong performance through clear goals and accountability
Inspire your team and lead with purpose, passion, and positivity
Keep operations running smoothly while maintaining high standards
Coach and develop team members to help them grow
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and compliance standards

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills :

3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
Proven success in a high-volume setting
Background in polished casual dining is highly preferred
Strong understanding of food safety and handling protocols
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative spirit and a knack for team building
Bonus if you’ve got wine and spirits knowledge
