Full Opportunity Brief Title: Associate Legal Counsel Category: Jobs Organiser: Diversified Description: Diversified is seeking a remote-based Associate Legal Counsel to provide accurate and timely counsel to sales and operations organizations. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including product and services agreements and vendor contracts. The successful candidate will also provide legal advice on intellectual property, data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance while supporting internal departments with process improvement and dispute resolution. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one state. A minimum of 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate environment, specifically focused on commercial transactions, is required. Strong negotiation, communication, and drafting skills are essential.
