Executive Director, U.S. Brand Lead - Neurology (Rare Disease)

Executive Director overseeing U.S. commercial strategy, execution, and performance for UPLIZNA neurology indications (generalized myasthenia gravis and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder) and the BKEMV biosimilar. Reports to General Manager, Neurology & IgG4-RD, and leads integrated brand execution across multiple channels while managing budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own U.S. commercial strategy, annual planning, forecasting, and budgets for UPLIZNA neurology and BKEMV
• Lead integrated brand execution across healthcare professionals, patients, digital, and field channels
• Establish governance, priorities, and accountability across cross-functional brand teams and agency partners
• Drive scenario planning and performance reviews based on market, access, competitive, and execution trends
• Represent neurology business in governance forums and contribute to global strategy and lifecycle planning

Requirements

• Senior commercial leadership experience in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management
• Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-indication or portfolio-level strategies
• Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Cross-functional leadership experience managing marketing teams and vendor partners
• Data-driven decision-making with ability to translate insights into business strategy
• Experience navigating access, reimbursement, and market dynamics in specialty care
