Therapy - PT Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8am to 5pm Experience: Four (4) years active, full-time patient care experience License: Must be licensed in good standing as a Physical Therapist Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited program in Physical Therapy Description:Manages an inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinic.Demonstrates a commitment to the corporate pillars of excellence, including patient-centered excellence, employee focus, workforce development, community satisfaction, and financial viability.Supports medical staff and participates in interdisciplinary team functions.Promotes a team atmosphere and the professional development of all department staff.Provides patient care as needed, including skilled physical therapy evaluations and establishment of treatment plans.Optimizes department revenue streams and manages department expenses to promote financial viability.Balances expectations for reports, audits, and tracking measures with other clinic demands.Promotes and adheres to appropriate compliance with all governing body guidelines for a physical therapy practice.Coordinates an orthopedic specialty field clinic, including screening and prioritizing all referrals.Collaborates with corporate teams to build administrative processes.Supports the organization's mission statement.
