They maintain a quality management team in their area through recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction.Area Coaches enjoy teaching, developing, and mentoring managers and motivating multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve the desired goals.We have an environment of operational excellence, positive energy, growth mindset, bold goals and high standards. Additionally, above restaurant leaders receive technology and vehicle allowances.What You Bring to the Table:Bachelor's degree from accredited university or collegeTwo years multi-unit leadership experience in either a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities including new asset development and rebuildsExceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performanceThe pay range for this role is $68,000-$73,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
