LHH partnered with a local company to recruit for a Benefits Specialist in Pleasanton, CA.

Benefits Specialist (Spanish Bilingual)

Temp to Hire
Fully Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries regarding benefits programs
• Respond to questions related to health and welfare benefits, pension plans, annuities, vacation benefits, and other employee benefit programs
• Explain eligibility requirements, enrollment processes, and benefit provisions
• Research and resolve benefit-related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution
• Assist with processing forms, benefit updates, and other administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required
• Previous experience in benefits administration, customer service, HR, pension administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, pensions, annuities, vacation programs, and related offerings preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
