Join Our Team as a Server/Bartender at Icebox - Downtown Cantina!

Icebox - Downtown Cantina, located in the heart of Las Cruces, NM, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our front-of-house team! As a Server/Bartender at Icebox - Downtown Cantina, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing attentive and friendly service to all guests.
- Serving craft beer, spirits, and other beverages with confidence and expertise.
- Taking food and drink orders and ensuring they are delivered promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining areas.
- Working collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handling payments and ensuring accurate transactions.

We’re seeking candidates who bring a mix of skills, passion, and personality to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, but we’re open to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Craft Beer & Spirits Knowledge: Familiarity with craft beer and spirits is a big plus!
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports their coworkers.
