Pay Range: $40.00 $44.00 per hour (based on experience) + Shift Differentials

Incentive: $500 Referral Bonus

A top-rated, highly respected skilled nursing and sub-acute rehabilitation facility in the Fairport, NY area is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its dedicated clinical care team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, person-centered clinical care to residents requiring long-term care or post-acute physical rehabilitation.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, monitor vital signs, and maintain clear, accurate electronic medical documentation.

• Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and specialized wound care in accordance with physician orders and state standards.

• Supervise LPNs and CNAs on assigned shifts, ensuring smooth unit workflow and high standards of safety.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (physicians, physical therapists, social workers) to continuously update care plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered NY State Registered Nurse (RN) License.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR Certification.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Experience in long-term care, sub-acute rehab, or acute clinical settings preferred (New graduates welcome to apply).

• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $40.00 $44.00 / hour

• Shift Differentials: Additional pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts
