$2080.80/week - Job Summary: Provide compassionate and expert critical care to ICU patients during night shifts, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Utilize advanced clinical skills to monitor, assess, and manage critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Administer specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting. Monitor patient vital signs, interpret ECG rhythms, and respond promptly to changes in condition. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress. Ensure compliance with all facility and state licensing, certification, and safety requirements. Participate in ongoing training, including annual competency modules and assessments. Qualifications: Hold an active Ohio license or a compact state license at the time of application. Possess a minimum of 18 months of ICU experience in a comparable setting. Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications. Successfully pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments. Demonstrate proficiency in critical care clinical skills and adherence to travel compliance requirements. Have references from recent management within the past 12 months.
