Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Job Description Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Representative (Spanish/English) About the Opportunity A well-established and growing construction supply company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting sales efforts, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to contractors, business customers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers, providing professional and friendly service in both English and Spanish. Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, order placement, and order status updates. Prepare customer quotes, process sales orders, and accurately enter information into the company's ERP system. Process payments and remittances while maintaining accurate records. Support outside sales representatives by preparing quotes, researching products, coordinating supplier information, and assisting with customer follow-up. Maintain an organized, well-stocked showroom and ensure merchandise is displayed professionally. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for additional sales. Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Perform general administrative and customer service duties as assigned. Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required. Previous customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or account support experience preferred. Experience in construction, industrial distribution, building materials, or related industries is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning ERP or order management systems. Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
