What you'll do:

• Evaluate patients' movement, strength, function, and overall mobility to identify impairments and set meaningful goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and education to promote recovery and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure success in achieving goals.
• Partner with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Stay current with best practices and continue to grow your expertise through ongoing education.

What we're looking for:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A heart for service, empathy, and patience in supporting others.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Clinical experience preferred, but new graduates with a passion for our mission are encouraged to apply.

Work environment:

You'll have opportunities to serve patients in our private practice clinics across southeastern Wisconsin as well as in select industrial settings, always with the support of a team that shares your passion for helping others.

Compensation and benefits:

The base salary for this full-time position is in the range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. There is a flexible earning system with productivity bonuses available. Work schedule:

The clinic is open Monday-Friday 7a-6p: no weekends. No major holidays! Flexible scheduling to suit the needs of the candidate hired is available.
