This role will manage financial data sets tied to invoices, work orders, and project statuses, including capital projects for Fortune 500 clients. This position is an in-office role based in Alpharetta, GA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Track, manage, and reconcile financial data, including invoices, work orders, and project statuses. Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable activities. Participate in financial reporting and month-end close processes. Manage capital projects for large corporate clients. Job Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting. 3-4+ years of accounting experience. Direct experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar data management tools. Experience with Costpoint (Deltek) or other GL software.
