Caregiver - Residential - Slippery Rock, PA Merakey is a leading non-profit provider of developmental and behavioral health services. We are seeking mission‑driven, compassionate, and reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Slippery Rock, PA. Position: Direct Support Professional Location: Slippery Rock, PA Pay Rate: $16.25/hour Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm (1st week: Tuesday/Saturday; 2nd week: Sunday/Friday) Key Responsibilities Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills Provide community support and transportation Promote health, safety, and well‑being, including medication support (as trained) Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
