Salary: $100,000-150,000 base plus discretionary bonus
An elite trading firm is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join their team.
What you'll do:
- System performance optimization and real-time monitoring
- OS tuning and configuration enhancements
- Developing and implementing automation strategies
- Infrastructure capacity planning to support growth and scalability
- Modernizing and maintaining core infrastructure
- Researching and developing new tools and infrastructure solutions
What you'll need:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in system engineering or administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, and Python
- Strong familiarity with various Linux distributions (e.g., Red Hat, Rocky, Ubuntu)
- Expertise in DNS server management
- Experience with system automation and process optimization
- General understanding of automation frameworks
- Knowledge of mail server administration
- Experience in network storage management
This role is open to remote workers based in the US. At this time the team is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
