Job Description

S.A. Morman & Co. is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by safely and efficiently delivering products to job sites, offices, and customers throughout the region. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport doors, frames, hardware, and other materials to and from customer locations and job sites. Load and deliver customer orders promptly and accurately
• Verify orders for accuracy before loading and unloading
• Manually, load, secure, and protect materials to prevent damage during transport
• Obtain required signatures and maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and customers regarding delivery schedules or delays
• Complete a daily vehicle inspection and report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including loading/unloading trucks and organizing materials
• Serve as the primary representative of S.A. Morman and Co. when interacting with customers, by upholding our reputation for quality and reliability

Qualifications

Requirement

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Class B driver's license
• Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs. regularly
• Knowledge of safe lifting and loading techniques
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Familiarity with basic delivery documentation and mobile delivery apps a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
• Customer service

S.A. Morman is a non-smoking, drug testing facility that does comprehensive background checks and physical.

Compensation details: 20 Hourly Wage
