Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and judgment-free environment.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and case collaborations with healthcare professionals to enhance client care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Greater County Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your clients may face issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our goal is to provide a safe space where clients feel empowered and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

  • A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to mental health practice.
  • \n
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
