These social workers will serve as vital resources for the Case Management Team, focusing on assessing and addressing complex biomedical and psychosocial needs. The ideal candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and be registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences. Experience in behavioral health care settings is preferred.
