About the Job

As part of the Revival House team, you’ll help create a warm, energetic, and memorable experience for every guest. You’ll provide attentive service, make thoughtful recommendations, and work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Providing friendly, attentive, and personalized service
Learning our beverage menu and steps of service so you can confidently answer questions and make recommendations
Using the Toast point-of-sale system to enter orders, process payments, and maintain accuracy
Supporting teammates and assisting in other areas as needed
Addressing guest feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and strong presentation standards
Following our employee code of conduct to support a safe, respectful, and positive workplace
