**Required Certifications:** - BLS and ACLS from AHA only - PALS - TNCC **Preferred Certifications:** - NIHSS **Years of Experience:** - 2+ years in a high acuity ICU **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - Minimum 2 years in a high acuity ICU - Ability to titrate complex IV gtts to include vasopressors **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** - Experience with level II trauma center, certified stemi and stroke center - Ability to care for very complex patients **Personality Fit:** - Flexible, dependable, strong teamwork, patient-centric, and quality driven
