Landscape Maintenance Division Driver/Crew Leader

We are currently seeking a Landscape Driver/Crew Leader to join our team. This role involves driving to and from job sites, assisting in landscaping duties, and leading a crew to ensure all tasks are completed to our high standards. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven driving experience with a valid State Driver’s license issued 2020 or prior.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Previous landscaping experience.
• Ability to operate a truck with a trailer.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and from job sites, adhering to all driving and traffic laws.
• Assist in all Landscape duties including apply fertilizer, lawn cutting, Apply pesticides to remove harmful insects, remove weeds and dead plants, Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves, Operate grounds maintenance equipment, landscape lighting, grill surrounds, and more.
• Operate power tools and equipment such as excavation equipment ranging from Lawn mower, rakes, edger, trimmers, pruining shears, hedge trimmer, leaf blower, and other.
• Follow all procedures and guidelines related to safety and equipment operation.
• Perform equipment maintenance tasks as required.
• Interact with the public in a friendly, polite, and service-oriented manner when appropriate.
