Respiratory Therapist, Registered (RRT) – Travel assignment in Mount Clemens, Michigan, starting 07/13/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,511 to $1,598 with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) in an inpatient acute care setting. This assignment provides respiratory care for emergency and critical care patients, including therapeutic treatments, invasive and non-invasive monitoring, diagnostics, and patient education.

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients requiring emergency, ICU, and therapeutic respiratory support, including invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
- Administer prescribed therapies, monitor patient response, and adjust ventilator settings as needed; perform EKG monitoring as part of patient assessment.
- Conduct diagnostic testing, monitor patient status, interpret results, and respond to equipment alarms.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate respiratory care equipment; ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.
- Document care provided, participate in quality improvement activities, and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning.
- Provide patient and family education on pulmonary and cardiopulmonary disorders, treatments, and discharge instructions.

Requirements
- Active Michigan Respiratory Therapist license (RRT preferred; CRT accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of RRT experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA); NBRC credential
- Comfortable with invasive and non-invasive ventilation and EKG monitoring
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 07/13/2026, with 6:30 PM–7:00 AM night shifts and every other Fri/Sat weekend
- Willingness to work in an inpatient acute care setting
