NorthBay Health is seeking Family Medicine Primary Care Physicians as we continue to grow across the Northern California Bay Area. We are hiring physicians in the following communities:

NorthBay Health is ideally located between the San Francisco Bay Area Region, Napa Valley and Sacramento. With an abundance of recreation and leisure options Northern California offers residents the landscape for healthy active living.

NorthBay Health's Center for Primary Care provides exceptional family practice, internal medicine and pediatric physicians with compassionate staff and access to an entire network of specialists. Our primary health care providers take that extra step to really get to know our patients.

Opportunity Details

* Flexible Full-Time Schedule

* Responsibilities: Outpatient only

* Daily Patient Census: only 18 patients per day

* Income Guarantee: $330,000 (Years 1- 2)

* Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000

* Relocation Assistance for qualified candidates up to $20,000

* Retention Bonus: $30,000 (Years 3 - 5)

* CME/Dues up to $8,000 annually

* Production Incentive available

* Residency Stipend available to qualified candidates

* Quality Bonus up to $36,000 (Beginning Year 3)

Qualifications

* MD or DO degree

* Board-certified in Family Medicine

* Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California

* Proven experience in a primary care setting

* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
