Registered Nurse (RN) - Evening Shift

Shift is from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM with weekend rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an evening shift position. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The role requires a commitment to ongoing education and professional development, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status and record accurate documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Completion of required health screenings and immunizations.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
