We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Core ResponsibilitiesLive our culture and exemplify our Growth Enabling Behaviors to be highly enabled to deliver, highly empowered to succeed and highly accountable to lead.Perform Incoming and Final Inspections as necessaryAddress internal requests to initiate Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) in a timely manner and keep the total number of open NCRs below target.Support the Shop Floor with any Quality related requests.Lead root cause analysis and drive the implementation of mistake proofing to eliminate and preventative actionsComplete a "5-Why" for any "Repeat" or "Escape" non-conformance.File and maintain Quality documentation as units are produced.Provide maintained Quality documentation upon request.Analyze existing operations and propose cost justified improvements.Create Certificates of Conformance when needed.Make requested changes to ISO documentation.Support ISO 9001 audit preparation and other various audit preparations.Implement any relevant Quality checks and measures.Mark and tag defective hardware as necessary.Create customer Quality documentation binders when required.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentBS Degree in Quality or Engineering preferred3+ years of manufacturing experience in quality assurance or similar roleAbility to read and comprehend blueprints with GD&TISO 9001 or equivalent experience preferredCertifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma Green Belt preferredQuality inspection and auditing experience preferredAbility to create/revise Quality documentation to ISO 9001 standards preferredSelf-motivated personality requiredAbility to problem solve, develop, and effectively communicate solutionsWhat We Can Offer YouGenerous PTO package and paid holidaysGenerous retirement savings planCustomizable health, dental and vision insurance (eligible on first date)Career progression plansReward and recognition programsPaid parental leaveTuition ReimbursementCompany Wellness ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramPhysical RequirementsMust be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis.Must be able to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis.Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.Must be able to climb and descend stairs.Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an occasional basis.Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.May work indoors and outdoors as needed.
