If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and love building strong teams and strong processes, this is your opportunity to make a major impact.Position SummaryAs our Production Manager, you'll oversee all assembly operations and ensure our team delivers high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time. You will:Lead, plan, and manage all assembly activities with a focus on cost-effective operationsAlign team goals with Caljan's strategic objectives and foster a culture of recognition and accountabilityChampion a proactive safety culture; coordinate internal/external audits and incident investigationsOversee staffing needs, performance evaluations, coaching, development, and corrective actionsDrive continuous improvement using LEAN, 5S, and best-practice manufacturing principlesManage production planning, scheduling, and workload distributionUse our ERP system to track labor, costs, efficiency, quality, and on-time deliveryEnsure quality control procedures are followed at every stage of assemblyCollaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issuesPrepare BOMs, routings, production orders, and complete production order packagesCoordinate with purchasing and logistics on machine and parts deliveriesLead departmental meetings and contribute to broader production and strategic discussionsChair the Safety Committee and oversee emergency management proceduresSupport annual budgeting, year-end inventory, and monthly KPI reportingProvide regular updates to the Managing DirectorPerform other duties as needed to support a high-growth environmentEssential Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degreeProven experience in a manufacturing or factory environmentStrong background in assembly processes and fabricationExperience in machine building and production proceduresKnowledge of LEAN, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologiesAbility to lead teams through growth and changeStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsWe OfferWe offer a supportive environment where your leadership truly matters.Work life balance (only one shift to manage)Competitive salary401(k) with matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings and flexible spending accountsLife insurancePaid time off
