Primary Care Physician (Concierge Medicine)

Job TitleThe salary range for this role is $300K - $300K/YearAbout This RoleIn this role you will work within a high-quality, highly communicative/collaborative, and team-based architecture to oversee the comprehensive health and well-being of patients. Physicians will participate in regular huddles with their team to proactively identify health care issues and orchestrate a plan of care with the assistance of their team and the support of an entire organisation.What will you be doing in this role?Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patientsManage chronic and acute illness and injuriesTrack and review normal physical development as well as psychological well-beingEstablish an outstanding relationships with and lead a team comprised of a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator
