Smartsheet Solution ArchitectJob#: 3054784Job Description:Smartsheet Solution ArchitectLocation: Seattle, Washington (Remote)Alternate Location: IssaquahRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Smartsheet Solution Architect to support a focused modernization effort within Visual Merchandising. This role will design, build, automate, document, and launch scalable Smartsheet solutions that improve how the team plans work, manages requests, tracks progress, and reports status. This is a systems-focused role for a consultant who can translate complex business needs into clear, durable Smartsheet architecture, partnering closely with subject matter experts across Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery with Visual Merchandising stakeholders and translate fragmented workflows into scalable Smartsheet architecture.Build and configure Smartsheet solutions for priority use cases, including workspaces, intake forms, sheets, reports, dashboards, automations, templates, and permission models.Modernize priority workflows spanning in-store signage, print production, budgets, product intake, resourcing, and store labor planning.Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to review requirements, validate solution design, gather feedback, test builds, and resolve technical issues.Document solution architecture, process flows, governance standards, administrative guidance, and sustainment expectations.Create user-friendly SOPs, training materials, and handoff resources to enable long-term internal ownership.Establish workspace structures and permission models that support internal teams, cross-functional partners, external vendors, and leadership visibility.Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in workflow automation, business systems implementation, or Smartsheet solution development.Technical Skills: Deep expertise designing, building, testing, and deploying Smartsheet solutions for complex business teams, including premium capabilities such as Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, and Bridge.Process & Communication: Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous business requirements into usable workflows, map process flows, create sustainable documentation, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications7–10 years of experience designing and implementing scalable workflow systems, with 3–5 years focused on advanced Smartsheet architecture.Experience modernizing fragmented or legacy Smartsheet environments.A professional background supporting retail, visual merchandising, marketing operations, program management, or creative and print production.Experience supporting external vendor workflows, collaborative partner models, and building dashboards for leadership reporting.Company Overview & CultureOur organization is built on collaboration, mutual respect, and a commitment to sustainable team success.
