Google Cloud Infrastructure Lead

To ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of technological resources, the full-time Infrastructure Lead will manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, lead security management initiatives, and provide team leadership in a fully remote capacity aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST). Key responsibilities Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness Lead the development and implementation of security protocols, including identity and access management and data encryption, to ensure compliance and protect sensitive information Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on infrastructure projects while coordinating with other departments to align IT infrastructure with business objectives Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in infrastructure management or a lead role Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its various services Proven experience in security management and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles At least one Google Cloud Professional certification, such as Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Security Engineer Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
