Automotive Receptionist

Receptionist/Cashier Our front office teams are the first impression of our dealerships - providing friendly service while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. We're looking for a dependable Receptionist / Cashier to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and wants to build experience in a professional automotive environment. No prior experience is required - we're willing to train the right person. Schedule & Pay $16.00-$17.00 per hour Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM-8:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Handle customer payments and operate the dealership cash register. Assist customers with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate department. Maintain accurate cash receipts and daily transactions. Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties. Maintain an organized and professional reception area. Provide support to the accounting and management teams as needed. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. No prior experience required; training will be provided. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Dependable and able to work independently while being a team player.
