Project Engineer II – Sr. Engineer 
Bonus + Ownership Opportunity / Profit Share Earnings)

A growing civil engineering firm is seeking a Project Engineer II – Sr. Engineer to join their Williamsburg office and support a variety of land development projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, design, and prepare construction documents for land development projects
• Develop erosion and sediment control (E&S) plans, utility layouts, stormwater management designs, and site grading plans
• Support project teams under the direction of Project Managers
• Assist with mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3-7 years of experience in land development design
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with residential, commercial, or public works projects preferred
• P.E. license preferred or actively working toward licensure
