Job Summary Geisinger Community Medicine is seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physicians to join the Geisinger Dallas practice in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Location & Schedule Primary Care – Dallas, PA Shift: Days (United States) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: Yes Responsibilities Outpatient‑only schedule with flexibility to fit your lifestyle Collaborative care model with advanced practice provider (APP) panel sharing Robust support system, including up‑to‑date clinical access, behavioral health collaboration, 24/7 nurse call center, and a centralized prescription refill team Value‑based care initiatives guided by Epic EMR, using the new ambient voice dictation tool to streamline documentation and reduce clerical burden Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) – required Licensed medical doctor, state of Pennsylvania Certification(s) and license(s) applicable to the specialty (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics) Patient care and procedural skills; professional etiquette; systems‑based practice Benefits Competitive salary range: $320,000–$375,000 based on experience Recruitment incentives up to $250,000 Residency/fellowship stipend up to $45,000, available up to 18 months prior to graduation Continuing medical education: 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds Fully paid relocation reimbursement 401(k) with Geisinger annual contribution exceeding $15,000 Academic involvement opportunities with medical students and residents Full‑time and part‑time health benefits from day one, including vision, dental, and domestic partner coverage Location Highlight Dallas, PA – Nestled in the scenic Back Mountain region, Dallas offers a welcoming community, excellent schools, and easy access to outdoor recreation.
