Tarantino currently manages over $2 Billion in real estate assets.Tarantino Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations who is an experienced leader and passionate about building winning teams. This individual will join the team and be based in the Phoenix, AZ or surrounding areas and play a key role in supporting our senior living communities.The Regional Director of Operations will represent overall corporate vision, planning, direction and control to assigned communities in conjunction with the Director of Senior Living. This individual will also develop team members through appropriate training, coaching and mentoring to ensure strong operational performance.Responsibilities:Work with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic operational initiatives to meet company goals and all state and national regulatory requirementsConduct regular and in-depth site visits as neededInterface with leadership team to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processesProduce and analyze reports on business data to determine operational excellence and areas for improvementAnalyze and evaluate competition in the marketplaceEnsure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations in all communitiesRequirements:A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership position in Senior Living industryBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degreeWillingness to travel within the regionAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong financial acumen and budget management skillsExceptional problem solving and time management skillsWhy People Love Working Here:People are at the heart of what we do every day.
