nCino PO/BA

Apex Systems is currently hiring for an nCino PO/BA with one of our large Banking clients.

Location: Hybrid - CHARLOTTE, NC ; IRVING, TX; CHANDLER, AZ; MINNEAPOLIS, MN

Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week

Pay range : $52.50 - $55.50/HR

Contract Length: 12 Months

Note: We are unable to consider C2C or third-party submissions.

• Top 3 requirements:
• BA/PO skills: Program runs, agile methodology, user stories, product demos (BA/PO role expertise)

• Financial services knowledge (Commercial lending/collateral is a huge plus, but any experience in financial industry is okay (FinTech, Banking, etc))

• NCino knowledge (do they know the tool?)

• If lacking nCino - must be familiar with Salesforce

• Great personality - personable

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, focusing on our Middle Market Banking and Corporate investment banking processes within the nCino and Salesforce platforms.

-Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend nCino/Salesforce-based solutions.

- Configure and optimize nCino/Salesforce applications to align with business needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.


-Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.

-Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and monitor platform performance.

-Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

-Support system testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.

-Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of nCino/Salesforce solutions.
