Hybrid telework is allowed, but the successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment. Minimum Requirements Eligible for new-to-state candidates: minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Responsibilities Notifies and meets with labor organizations regarding changes within the department. Provides guidance and consultation on labor-related issues, including employee grievances and complaints, unfair labor practice charges, and arbitration. Assists with labor relations training. Interprets and negotiates labor contracts. Participates in related court litigation and arbitration.
