Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our team in a dynamic warehouse/manufacturing environment. These positions operate on a rotating 12-hour DuPont shift pattern, requiring flexibility to work both day and night shifts within the same month. Operators will be responsible for handling, sorting, and managing product shipments while ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Bag and palletize products according to instructions and order types.

• Vacuum large quantities of product from storage holders into industrial bags.

• Sort bags and pallets of product.

• Stage and wrap pallets.

• Load and unload shipments.

• Perform quality inspections on bags, pallets, and containers.

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.

• Assist in shipping and receiving processes.

Essential Skills

• 1+ Year of industrial experience.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience in manufacturing and production work.

• Proficiency in forklift operation and general production tasks.

• Ability to perform bagging and palletizing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in staging and lifting products.

Work Environment

Work in small teams, with current production operators numbering five, and we are expanding to add six more. The environment is a warehouse/manufacturing setting, known to be very dirty, dusty, hot, and noisy. Dress code requires steel toe boots/shoes and work clothes, with PPE provided except for steel toes. Shift pattern involves rotating 12-hour shifts from 7AM to 7PM and 7PM to 7AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.09 - $20.09/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
