Job Summary The Custodian performs commercial custodial cleaning of buildings in compliance with corporate, project, and contractual guidelines. *Must Obtain Security Clearance* Job Summary The Custodian performs commercial custodial cleaning of buildings in compliance with corporate, project, and contractual guidelines. Duties And Responsibilities Perform assigned custodial work safely and according to training Dry mop, wet mop, and sanitize floors Clean baseboards, walls, corners, windows, and doors Vacuum carpets Clean and disinfect restrooms and locker rooms Restock restroom and breakroom supplies Empty trash and collect recyclables Mix and use cleaning chemicals properly Report maintenance and repair needs Maintain professional communication and customer service Safety Requirements Follow GCR Occupational Safety & Health Program Wear PPE and follow all safety protocols Report injuries, unsafe conditions, and property damage Comply with vehicle safety policies and drug-free workplace requirements Required Skills And Abilities U.S. Citizenship Ability to obtain base access Pass drug test and background check Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and communication skills Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent Minimum two years of commercial janitorial experience Preferred Experience working on government contracts Conditions of Employment Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug test.
