Event Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, product presentations, and sales activities. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and contributing to a positive and professional event experience. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events. Welcome attendees and create a friendly customer experience. Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. Present products and services in a clear and professional manner. Answer questions and provide helpful product or service information. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event area. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Support follow-up activities with prospective customers. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused and team-oriented. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
