Electrical Manufacturing Engineer Location: Plattsburgh, NY Role Overview We are seeking experienced Electrical Manufacturing Engineers with strong exposure to the rail industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production support, manufacturing documentation, and electrical harness design/manufacturing, with proficiency in engineering tools and ERP systems. Highly Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the rail industry
Experience in the Multilevel train project (design or manufacturing)
Hands-on experience in: Production support, Work Instructions, MODs (Modifications), CRs (Change Requests), QNs (Quality Notifications)
Strong experience in electrical harness design or manufacturing (for Electrical Methods Engineer role)
Expert-level proficiency in: Catia V5 3D-COM / ENOVIA PDM systems, SAP VSM, SAP GSI

Desired Knowledge & Experience:

5-8 years of manufacturing experience (preferably in railway industry)
Strong background in Process Engineering
Experience in writing manufacturing work instructions, MODs, CRs, QNs
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP): Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, Configuration follow-up
Working knowledge of: Quality standards, EHS standards, Ergonomics

Educational Requirements:

Associate Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or related field)
Strong English communication skills (Read, Write, Speak)
