Southern Rockies Animal Emergency & Specialty in Colorado Springs is excited to invite YOU to join our team as an Per Diem Client Service Representative! Conveniently located in Colorado Springs, Southern Rockies Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital provides 24/7 emergency and critical care services along with advanced specialty care in surgery and diagnostic imaging.

Compensation

• $18 - $22/hr. based on experience, credentials, and skillset
• +$3/hr. overnight differential

Job Description

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in the emergency room check-in process, ensuring a caring, compassionate and efficient process.
• Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service required, veterinary experience preferred.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
