Cardiovascular Territory Account Specialist - Dallas, TX-South

Key Responsibilities: Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions. Build a strategic territory plan to align priorities and drive product demand. Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support. Apply market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility. Use territory data and market trends to uncover insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person). Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems and collaborate across functions. Deliver real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS). Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face). Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (4-year). Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex sales) with large, geographically dispersed teams within last 5 years. Proven success selling to large accounts/key customers. Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical leadership/compliance mindset. Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; ability to drive and/or fly within territory; valid driver’s license. Desirable Requirements: Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches. Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs. Leveling Guidelines: Associate: leadership via US Military with 4+ years or limited sales experience. Territory: 2+ years complex specialty/pharma/healthcare (last 5 years). Senior: 5+ years (last 5 years). Executive: 10+ years (last 5 years). Driving is essential. Fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
