Required Qualifications:* Graduate of four-year US Medical School or equivalent* Successful completion of Neurology Residency * Unrestricted Oregon Physician (MD/DO) License or ability to obtain* Current DEA certificate prior to start date* BE/BC in Neurology The salary range for this role is $330,000 to $423,000 annually based on full-time employment.
