What You’ll Do Lead solution definition and value assessment for customers, partnering with account executives and founders to quantify the economic impact of Jedify’s solution. Hit performance targets under a variable compensation plan built to reward the value you drive for customers. Build deep expertise in Jedify’s product, backed by a strong working knowledge of the competitive landscape. Partner with customers to understand their current challenges in depth and align Jedify’s product to solve them. Use low-code tools and hands‑on development skills to build custom tooling directly inside the Jedify platform for customers. Help build the function from the ground up, standing up processes and best practices as an early hire on the team. Operate with a customer‑centric, scrappy, ownership‑first mindset. Work remote, travel up to 50% to work directly with customers. What We’re Looking For 3-5+ years of experience partnering closely with account executives in a customer‑facing, pre‑sales role. A track record driving the technical evaluation of complex, enterprise‑grade solutions, translating technical capability into potential ROI and measurable business value. Industry expertise in manufacturing, logistics, food and beverage, financial services, energy, or consumer packaged goods. Skilled at delivering demos that flex naturally between technical depth and executive‑level clarity. Experienced guiding customers through proof‑of‑concept engagements from first evaluation to final decision. Treats AI as a core collaborator, not just a tool, using no‑code/low‑code platforms to rapidly build AI‑driven, client‑facing software solutions. Comfortable acting as a conduit between customers and Jedify’s product and engineering teams, translating field insight into product feedback. Thrives in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments. Hands‑on software engineering experience is a strong plus.
