Business Analyst

Responsibilities Analyze customer subscription lists and identify cost‑effective delivery methods. Compile shipping charges for billing on legal and third‑party work. Analyze data to determine the most cost‑effective method of subscription delivery. Utilize system knowledge to investigate problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions. Effectively communicate with leadership and employees regarding actions required to resolve open issues. Use SAP Customer/Subscriber Lists or other source data to create compliant shipping lists in BCC Software. Update shipping records and associated costs by extracting data and summarizing for third‑party billing. Ensure process execution aligns with SOX compliance. Proactively build relationships with stakeholders, internal and external customers. Understand USPS compliance requirements for periodical permits for customer subscription lists. Liaise for issue resolution between Thomson Reuters and national USPS, UPS, FedEx personnel and carriers. Assist in development, testing, implementation, and coordination of special customer requests that require comprehensive system analysis and review. Qualifications Preferred knowledge of SAP. Preferred knowledge of shipping processes, USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping methods. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Highly motivated, driven to achieve results and able to work independently. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and manage multiple tasks. 2‑4+ years of experience with an associate or technical degree, or 5+ years of related work experience post‑high school. Compensation Compensation includes a 2nd shift differential of $4.00 per hour (3rd shift differential of $5.00 per hour) and a bonus plan. The base pay range for eligible U.S. locations is $47,600 – $88,400 USD, adjusted based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Annual bonus may be earned based on enterprise and individual performance.
