Representative Payee Coordinator

Opening: Representative Payee Coordinator Full‑Time 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (flexible) Location: Westerville Ohio What You’ll Do: Audit monthly Individual financial packages to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with Residential Financial Procedures. Reconcile and physically audit petty cash accounts across residential locations. Partner with Residential Managers and Coordinators to resolve variances, discrepancies, and documentation issues. Track submissions, maintain audit spreadsheets, and issue reports on missing or delinquent financial packets. Prepare annual Representative Payee Reports for the Social Security Administration and assist with applicable tax filings. Serve as liaison with the Social Security Administration regarding payee status, benefits, and documentation. Establish and maintain STABLE accounts and monitor balances to ensure benefit eligibility compliance. Collaborate with Residential and Finance Leadership to strengthen internal cash controls and recommend process improvements. Perform other related duties as requested by direct supervisor. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or Financial related field. One year of experience auditing bank statements and general ledgers preferred. One year of experience in accounting or financial related role preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows Office 365, Excel, and Word. Valid Ohio Driver’s License and ability to travel within Ohio required. Ohio Notary License or ability to obtain one required.
